The Surf Academy is a 16-lesson program designed specifically for pre-teens and teens. Unlike the Adventure Club for younger kids, the Academy takes things up a notch. Students learn more advanced topics like:
Reading waves and weather conditions
Understanding rip currents and tides
Practicing balance, paddling, and positioning skills
Surf safety rules that every surfer should know
Ocean stewardship and protecting marine life
Each lesson includes interactive activities, videos, and worksheets that encourage teens to think critically and apply what they learn—both in and out of the water.
